Initially they provided a well and carefully reasoned appraisal of the property including sound advice in relation to possible methods of sale and appropriate promotional spend. Subsequently a written proposal was presented which expressed a willingness to negotiate what I considered to be very fair terms. They then prepared an informative and interesting information memorandum. Given the property was in four titles and included thirteen tenancies this was no small task and required exacting attention to detail.
The sale process itself was time consuming and far from straight forward. Throughout Andrew and Rob remained confident and enthusiastic. They provided regular and detailed reports and kept me informed of all developments. No stone was left unturned and the property undoubtedly received maximum exposure. I was also particularly grateful for the polite and sensitive interaction between agents and tenants. Not once during the sales process did I receive any expression of dissatisfaction or concern from any tenants notwithstanding that large numbers of people were shown the premises.
